I grew up with a Malcom Arter living near the corner of Lithia Springs Road and Old Danville Highway, about three miles east of Northumberland, in Point Township, Northumberland Co. If Malcom is still living he would be in his 80's. I moved away from the area in 1953 and I cannot say if he had children who live in the area. It might be worth checking in that area for an Arter family. Nelson R.
