One of the most helpful mapsites I have found on line is the US GNIS program at: http://geonames.usgs.gov/pls/gnis/web_query.gnis_web_query_form It uses maps "produced from the U.S. Census Bureau's Tiger Map Serv." In many ways its maps are superior to highway maps. To speed up searching, it categorizes over 60 "feature types." For example, villages, towns and cities are searched under the category "populated places." If you know the name of a graveyard, enter that in the first blank (but do not include the word 'graveyard' or 'cemetery'). Click on "feature type," and on the menu that comes up click on cemetery.
