    3. Hi Angela, Unfortunately Ancestry Newspapers do not search for a full name as you would want to. It searches for each individual name (first name, then surname as 2 separate entries) everything on "Owen" and everything on "Phillips", but not necessarily together. I found a Mrs. Owen in one article and a Dr. E.C. Phillips in another. Sorry.
