Dear Listers I am looking for my great-uncle Owen Morse Phillips (Owen M Phillips) and I understand he was at Shamokin, Northumberland according to 1800 Census but it is a mystery that there is no information about him after that... I understand that there were no other census with his name found as I am told. I looked up the Ancestry but I am not a member and there are 1900, 1920, and 1930 US Federal Census at Ancestry with Owen M Phillips who born at Wales in 1859/60. I wonder if there is one or not?
