Does anyone have any information on a man named Samuel Lowery in the 1800's in PA. I have copy of certified of marriage cert. of my ggrandfather William Bush and ggrandmother "Minty" Elizabeth Fisher. They were married on July23, 1882 in Londonderry TWP, Bedford Co. PA by Samuel Lowery(Lowry) Married at home of subscriber. Is this the minister, bride or groom. The court house has no record of marriage license, they start in 1895.is it possible that none was needed or they might be somewhere else. Any information greatly appreciated. Peggy Bush Jones
