Hi, again, Bev: I did a little Google search for Tioga County birth records and found: http://www.rootsweb.com/~srgp/tcindex.htm Close to the bottom is a section titled "Vital Records Section" and one of the subheadings is "TC Births 1893-1906". The next section "The Attic" has 15,000 newspaper clippings; wills, deeds, other legal documents. Have you seen this? I hope there's something helpful here.
