I recently posted how to create *.PDF files in FTM ver 11. The question is "Do I need the FTM printer in the Start-Settings-Family Tree Maker Printer?" This is not really a physical printer. If you RIGHT click on the printer and go to preferences, you will see that it converts the FTM document to PDF format. So it is not a physical printer as such and is just used to convert data to PDF format, which can be read and printed at a print shop or KINKO's. It is "Amyuni Document Converter 2.10." Lafe
