Debra, thanks for the response. I have found his father and mother in the 1920 Dutchess County, Wappingers Falls, NY census, and Winfield is still living with them at age 25. So, it would have been after 1920 when he was in PA. All of his ancestors were from NY and RI. I really have no interest in Conrad Lutts other than his association with Winfield in the business.
