Hi Kathy, If John Curtis was living in Luzerne County at the time of his naturaliztion you should write to the Luzerne County Courthouse in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. If he was living in NJ when he was naturalized and you know which county he was in then you can try the NJ State Archives in Trenton and the local county court. In NJ the records can be in either place, it just depends on the county. I don't have the addresses but a web search should find them.
