Catherine, I am having the same problem trying to find my great grandmother born in Westmoreland Co in 1826. I wrote to the county and they suggested I contact the Westmoreland Historical Society. Maybe you can do the same for Lehigh Co. I haven't made the contact with mine yet so don't know if it will work. Hope this helps you a little bit.
