Hi SusiCP; That is about what I found... thousands of references to Mt. Olivet cemeteries, churches, lodges, etc. in PA,but very little as to an actual village or town. I have had a couple of folks from Pittsburgh area suggest that the Mt. Olivet in my obit is a typo and should be Mt. Oliver. That seems to make sense being as my Carl ended up not too far from there in Mckees Rock. Thank you for the input, every little bit helps Lurley ----- Original Message ----- From: SusiCP@aol.com To: PENNSYLVANIA-L@rootsweb.com Sent: Saturday, October 23, 2004 9:47 PM Subject: Re: [PA] RE: where is Mount Olivet, PA? <A HREF="http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&ie=ISO-8859-1&q=MT+Olivet+PA++&btnG=Google+Search">Google Search: MT Olivet PA</A> SusiCP Family Historian It's the Indian in me.....:>) ==== PENNSYLVANIA Mailing List ==== The OFFICIAL website for this list is: http://midatlantic.rootsweb.com/pa/ ============================== Gain access to over two billion names including the new Immigration Collection with an Ancestry.com free trial.
