Hi-B.Andrews. Had the same problem and received this info...maybe it will help you. A number of Outlook Express users have written to say that many incoming email attachments are being flagged as suspected virus-carriers and being arbitrarily deleted, even though they are legitimate files the recipient is expecting. This can be fixed by going to Tools, Options, Security, and UNchecking "Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could potentially be a virus." Having done this, however, one should always have an updated anti-virus program operational. Norma
