WALLACE R. DENNIS age 77 of Glendale, Az. passed away on December 15, 2004. He was born in Uniontown, Pa. to Jonah F. and Anna L Dennis. Wallace was a loving Father, Grandfather and great-grandpa. He is survived by his 2 sons Gary Dennis and Bill Dennis; 4 grandchildren; Lori Cook, Chris Dennis, Curtis Dennis and Wendy Brown; 13 great-grandchildren; and his brother Melven (Betty) Dennis. He is preceded in death by his beloved wife Doris Lee Dennis, who passed away on March 16, 1995 and his son David Dennis. Visitation will be from 5-8pm, Monday, December 20, 2004 at Chapel of the Chimes Mortuary, 7924 N. 59th Ave., Glendale, Az. The grave side Service will be at 10:00am Tuesday, December 21, 2004 at Green Acres Cemetery, 401 N. Hayden Rd. Scottsdale, Az.
