Santos, 98, of Milford, PA, died on Wednesday, November 17, 2004 at home. He was a self-employed farmer who actively operated his farm for over eighty years. He was the last surviving charter member of the Milford Township Planning Commission. He was awarded a certificate from President Ronald Reagan for having a perfect voting record for 50 years. The son of Julio C. and Amelia (Stumpf) Santos, he was born in Bronx, NY on February 24, 1906. He was the widower of Marion Herbst Santos. Survivors include his children; Cecile S. Weissang and Julio H. Santos of Milford, PA and Theodore F. Santos of South Carolina; three grandchildren, Matthew and Jamie Santos and Angelique Weissang; one great grandchild and one nephew. He was predeceased by his sister, Ottilee Blair and brother, John Santos. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 20, 2004 at 1 p.m. at Stroyan Funeral Home, 405 W. Harford St., Milford, PA. Rev. Benjamin Willis will officiate.
