If you can get to a Family History Center (run by the Mormon church) you can order the following microfilm: Philadelphia Wills, v. T-U, 1784-1790 FHL US/CAN Film 21729 If you don't know the exact date of the will, you can look it up in the index to wills, which is a different microfilm: Philadelphia Index to wills, 1682-1900, A-M FHL US/CAN Film 21837 If you can't get to a center, there are folks who will look it up and make copies for a reasonable fee.
