At decease of sd. wife execs. to sell property, money from such sale to his bros. and sisters namely: Mark Baird, Ann wife of William Ferguson, Susannah wife of Patrick Rankin all of Ireland and Martha wife of Christopher Cunningham of PA. Execs: Sd. wife Sarah Baird and friends Joseph Snowden and James Sawer of Phila., merchants. Wit: Samuel S. Veacock, H. H. Kennedy. I believe that is in the Southwark section of Philadelphia. My great great grandfather John BAIRD was born in Ireland about 1845.
