Not limited to cems. but the cems are clearly shown. Not all will be new... and covers all states..... The mail list is available to anyone who wants to follow.... and takes a couple of minutes to check each day. Occasionally the software/system which produces the data does not work, so like much else in life, is not 100% complete.. The search engine on the PA county ARCHIVES pages is another tool. It too does all files, but may be sorted by TIME so you can tell what was added/uploaded recently.... -- joe
