Hi, Susan: Do you have a death year for Jane? Could this be the family you're looking for...the surname could easily have been mistaken for Larm/Tarm... Yes, this is definitely my Lann's. Sorry, Jennie of course wouldn't have been listed in the 1930 census because she died some time in 1929. I knew they were there, just probably under a different spelling. I don't know how you come up with the actual people indexed the way they are, but I am certainly grateful! Thanks so much! ----- Original Message ----- From: "D. Hi, Susan: Good, I'll send the page. Heritage Quest Online doesn't have the 1930 PA census indexed yet (supposed to be finished & online by the end of this year), so I'm just looking at each page for the area you expected them to be in. Luckily, Hastings Boro. had only 40-some pages. HQ is searchable by surname, given name, year, state, county, area, age, race, gender, birthplace; so if I can't locate someone by their name, I assume that it was mis-taken by the census taker or mis-transcribed and start searching by other details. You're welcome! Debra On Tuesday, Aug 31, 2004, at 22:56 US/Eastern, Susan Bearer wrote: > Yes, this is definitely my Lann's.
