In 1894 I had a great great grandmother who died in a Dauphin County hospital but she was from Bedford County and lived in Fulton County at the time she entered into the hospital and was (supposedly) buried in Fulton County....my question is this: I want to send for her Death Certificate and I have to do so at the county courthouse because it was BEFORE 1906 that she died....so would the death certificate be recorded at the courthouse in the county that she died or where she lived?
