    3. Yes, I tried to look at these url's and it wanted me to sign in, with my user name and password, which it didn't recognize. I can't imagine why it works differently, but that is the right book. Did you try to click on index? Page 20 and 21 are what you want. I've printed it out. I used to scan things into Word and then attach them to an Email as a word document. Right now we have a new printer and I'm not sure how to scan these in. We're kind of busy right now getting ready for a short trip but if you'd like to send me your snail mail, I can get these out to you before I leave.
