Hi, I am at my wits end trying to find the parents of Joseph Frank b.(? 1826) in PA. At the age of 26(?) he is listed in the 1850 Census in Perry County, PA. My Joseph Frank would have married between 1850-1852 in PA to a woman named Mary. By 1860 they are listed in Elgin, Kane County, IL. I believe he died between 1860-1870. His children were Edgar b. 1852-PA., William b.1854-PA., Kate b. 1857-IL., Francis and Charles(twins) b. May 1, 1860-IL. This is all the information I have on the whole family and I can't go anywhere, any help would surely be appreciated. Thank you, Gayla [email protected]

Just wanted you to know that someone did try to help you with no luck. If he died, she could have remarried but you'd think the kid would have kept his name. Can't find them anywhere--even tried the Illinois State Archives.
