Thought I'd pass it on: The Norwin Public Library, Irwin, PA. will be sponsoring a genealogy program entitled "Searching the Mormon Records" on Wednesday, October 25th, from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. at the Library's new location (100 Caruthers Lane, Irwin). The guest speaker will be Byron Holdiman, director of the Greensburg Family History Center, who will demonstrate use of the familysearch.org website and explain the procedures by which non churchmembers can access the records held in Salt Lake City. Mr. Holdiman will be available to answer questions that people may have concerning the Greensburg Family History Center or research in Salt Lake City. This program is free to the public and no advance reservations are required.
