Hi, Virginia: I rechecked the census image to make sure that I didn't mis-read the "Dresa"...it is indexed as Dresa and it's definitely written as a "D". But I noticed that I made a mistake: John M. should have been noted as PA/Germany/Germany & Dresa should have been noted as PA/ Germany/PA. Debra, I'm sure it is. Albert had three sisters - all of them died while in the orphanage, one was named Margaret. Also his mother died during that time too. No wonder he ran away.
