There are far better ways of checking for list traffic--for instance checking the list archives to see whether messages have been posted: http://archiver.rootsweb.ancestry.com/th/index/PENNSYLVANIA/2008-06 If you are able to post to the list (regular messages--not test messages) then you are subscribed to the list. If you are not receiving mail from the list (and are subscribed) the problem is on the receiving end and you need to check your filters and those of your ISP. Thanks! In addition to what Joan Young said, All lists are slow for last 3 weeks. Very low number of messages. Have patience. There are cycles, high to low to high.
