Hi Joanie, My IRENE BLANCHE ISEMAN, d/o ROBERT HOLLINGSWORTH ISEMAN, born 9 Apr. 1874, He worked for James Lyle & was an oil well driller, listed in WW 1 Reg., and he is the #1 husband of NANNIE WIRT WISE, she worked for the Detroit Michigan Police Dept. as a Boat Operator. Her # 2 husband was ARCHIBALD CRAIG. So there is some connection that these ISEMAN's lived in Michigan. NANNIE WIRT WISE's father was JACOB H. WISE, born: 1855 - 1856 IN Amwell Washington County, PA., s/o JAMES WISE, b. 1827 - 1829 & married: SUSANA ?, her #2 HUSBAND WAS __________HALL. ROBERT HOLLINGSWORTH ISEMAN was the s/o ANDREW CARNEGIE ISEMAN, b. 1838 in PA. ( I often wonder where did the name of "Andrew Carnegie" Iseman come from, and if they knew the CARNEGIE family being connected with oil & oil well drilling) He was a 32 nd Degree Mason & was an oil driller.
