He married Elizabeth "Lizzie" Esther Daughenbaugh born Dec. 1864 Gatesburg, Ferguson Twp. Centre Co. Pa. She died 1941 but her place of birth or cemetery I don't know. Their children Ethel Daphne Meese; husband Charles D. Shrum, lived in Harrisburgh Mary Meese; husband Willard Cupp lived in Tyrone Minnie Meese born in Barnesboro, Cambria Pa.
