Good Evening, Jennifer, The family was William (1873) and Edna Alice (1890)(PEACOCK) BOWERS. They were from Evans, NY... at least William was. They were said to have married and had Wilford (1909), Leland(1911), Ethel(1914), Edward(1916), and Harold(1919) in the viilage of Russell Pennsylvania (near Warren) in Warren County. When the youngest turned 4 (around 1925) they moved back to NY. Not sure why they moved to PA... jobs, family... but I am trying to document them actually being there. Was there ever a state census for that time period?
