Dear Folks, Is there anyone who has access to birth and death records located at Philly City Archives on Market St?? I'd rather pay someone to get the records for me than to pay the city. regards donna luzzi Va. Bch., Va.
I am a "rank" amateur with geneology so am soliciting some assistance, if possible. I'm in Florida and attempting to trace my ancestors from Pennsylvania back to my great-great-great grandfather's country of origin, believed to be Prussia. His name was (I think) Frederich Seiler and settled in Windsor Township, Pennsyvlania. He is not listed on the 1820 census, but someone found a Frederich Seiler on the 1800 census in Northampton County in Pennsylvania on Page 530. If anyone is able to access information about this person and forward to me I would appreciate it very much. Thank you in advance and I look forward to hearing from someone.
Have you found any names like Brauneller/ Browneller listed in the wills? They were in Lancaster, Fayette area. Some 1st. names were Henry, Samuel, Frederick, & William. Thank you for being kind enough to look these up. Jo Ann

Beverly, I am getting confused on who your are answering on the big packet. I am looking for Brisbin, Maxwell and Riley. If this is who you were answering, if not sorry for the misunderstanding... brain freeze... my email is Tinyclams@aol.com
Beverly - would it be possible to look for Roehrig, Rohrer and Myers. I know they were in Minersville late 1700s thru 1800s, but could have settled somewhere else first in PA. Hi, Ella: Based on the Philadelphia census ward maps at marie.bravepages.com and Byberry's location in Northeast Philadelphia in the vicinity of Roosevelt Blvd. & Southhampton Rd., it looks like the hospital might be in ward #35 in the 1920 & the 1930 census. When I "browse" the 1930 census on Heritage Quest, there is a "Philadelphia Hospital for Mental Disease" shown in ward #35. If you can provide a name, I'll see if I can find the listing. Can you check for Withrow/Witherows in PA Wills. Thanks. Ronda Herd Calloway Athens Tx
I was thinking about the census too! Does anyone know what ward the hospital would be in? I've done a search on his name in the census and he didn't show up at all. I'm wondering that if I could find the ward and go through each name on the image itself I can find him. Thank you, Ella
Beverly: I must have missed your initial posting regarding the wills. What counties do you have available in your collection? Best regards, Jacquelyn jebean1@sbcglobal.net
