    3. Hi-B.Andrews. Had the same problem and received this info...maybe it will help you. A number of Outlook Express users have written to say that many incoming email attachments are being flagged as suspected virus-carriers and being arbitrarily deleted, even though they are legitimate files the recipient is expecting. This can be fixed by going to Tools, Options, Security, and UNchecking "Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could potentially be a virus." Having done this, however, one should always have an updated anti-virus program operational. Norma

    2. The Chariton Leader, Chariton, Iowa Thursday, February 7, 1907 MRS. LURA ANN PALMER, daughter of WM. and MRS. PALMER, aged 77 years, 6 months and 18 days.  Her husband, DR. O.T. 2. Peter I would check ships records from 1874 to 1876 leaving a port in America, possibly Pennsylvania, during these years heading back to England. If Emma was born in Pa in 1874 and her sibling was born in England in 1876 it narrows the time frame in the US.Perhaps her full place of birth would be given on the records. Although I have had no experience in this area particularly perhaps since she would retain a duel citizenship you may find records in England that gives full place of birth in order to locate birth records for the correct county in Pennsylvania.Below is some information on Arthur and Julia.
