Pennington Sturgill (I don't know what the E. stands for and if it is accurate). The only information I have on my great-grandmother Celia is from David Sturgill's book and LDS records which just include birth, marriage and death dates and locations. Celia E. Pennington, b. 1862 in Ashe Co. NC m. 26 Dec 1880 in Helton Creek, Ashe Co. NC, d. Jan 1919 in Smyth Co. VA.
