Hi Cousins, When I first discovered the Pennington list 3 years ago and began the search for my ancestors, I submitted a query to the list. One of the first that responded was Carolyn. Her response not only broke down my brick wall but had many inspiring things to say about genealogy. Although I'm descended from the well documented Group 3, her words kept me interested. With the rest of my family thinking me a "nut" for this interest, its safe to say that without her input I would probably not be on the list still or have joined the PRA just this year. I think Carolyn was unjustly removed from the list. I do not like her "rants" at times. Also I have disagreed with her at times. Is this a valid reason for censorship? I think not. I only wish that I could put as much into the hobby as she does. To those who don't want her on the list, use your delete button and just don't read her messages. William Pennington Group 3
