A while ago a friend sent me information about the Pennington School in New Jersey, thinking that I would be interested in a school that had the same name as I have. Apparently, this school was founded in 1838 by the Southern New Jersey Conference of the United Methodist Church. I've only been on this list a few months but have not come across any reference to this school which is located in Pennington, New Jersey. Does anyone have any links to this school? And was it named after any one Pennington. the information I have on the school doesn't elaborate on the founder or founders. I am fascinated by places named after our Pennington ancestors - I'm currently trying to find out more about a place in Natal, South Africa also called Pennington. Regards, Lana Pennington
