Hi there!!! I have seen a lot of postings for Pennington's in EARLY WV counties, meaning when it was VA, 1700-1800 era. I know that many of these counties were formed from GREENBRIER county and I have some lookup references for Greenbrier County, and will be glad to do lookups and post to the group! Emphasize the EARLY, nothing much in my records after the civil war era, as it was sealed, many of my WV historical books are antiques, in the 1915 era. What the heck, I'll try it....
