My great-grandfather was David Henry Pennington from Larue County, KY, probably born in the early 1880's (my previous information was incorrect - I'd been told William David.) He had a half-brother, Virgil Pennington. Their father was James Pennington, who came to Larue County, KY from Pennington Gap, VA (Lee County), probably born betw. 1850 and 1860.
