I have a Pennington in my background that we have been unable to find much information on. Her name was Elizabeth Pennington and she was probably born in the abt 1839 and died April 18, 1867. She was married to Alexander Monroe Dollar who was born in August of 1839 and died August 14, 1907. They were married in January 18, 1857. They had three children: Emeline Dollar, John Dooley (Dula) Dollar, 10/3/1863 (my great-great grandfather) and Roby Smith Dollar, 4/18/1867. Her father is Levi Pennington and her mother's name is also Elizabeth, we think. They would probably be in the geographic area of the Carolinas or Tennessee.
