My great-grandfather was David Pennington, probably b. abt. 1870, whose family originally came from Lee Co. Va./W.Va. He settled at some point in LaRue Co., Ky. We suspect he descended from Micajah Pennington's line. In two GEDCOM files I located a David Pennington born of that line in 1845 or 1847, son of Charles Pennington b. 1804. Neither of these files followed David's line any further, but he'd be just the right age to be my David's father. Does anyone have a record of such a link?
