Brian, Centre Hall was (and is) a pretty small town, so you're probably right. I know Robert Pennington only had 1 son, Henry, but Henry had a number of children. One was Isaac, born 1814 - my husband's ggg-grandfather. If you aren't from Centre County, I could see who all of Henry's children were the next time I get to the Centre County Historical Library in Bellefonte (a terrific resource, I must say). I got my information through my mother-in-law, although it's at the library too. Apparently some DAR person tried to recruit her at some point (Robert was in the revolution). Let me know...
