His name was Frank Arthur Pennington. He married Celia Colton about 1877. Is there anyone out there who might have some information that would help me. Frank and Celia went on to have 8 children of which my grandfather was the 3rd child. I have found different web sites with lots of information but I have not found any of the family member names that I have been looking for.
