Jill, I am curious about Marion Elbert Pennington. There are lots of Penningtons in and around Parsons, West Virginia (Pennington Research Association Group 19). Do you know why Marion Elbert Pennington's parents were in the Parsons area when he was born (maybe visiting relatives???)?
