    3. My Isaac Pennington is in Surry Co.NC on the records and census as well as his supposed son Joseph Pennington. Isaac lived on Tom's Creek and is found in numerous tax records. Joseph lived on Grassy Creek. Joseph left ca 1825 for IN and Isaac died ca 1833 in Surry Co. You will also find mention of them in Stokes Co. NC earlier and also in Patrick and Henry Cos. VA which are Southside VA counties that break from Lunenburg and go west--Lunenburg to Pittsylvania to Henry to Patrick. The above are found only in Henry and Patrick. Isaac's dau and her husband John Graham and other relatives including Penningtons and Lambs left Surry Co. and went to the area known as Jackson Co. AL ca 1814. Eleanor Audrey E.
