    3. My Isaac is the one who was in Henry Co. and Patrick Co. VA. I would appreciate any info that you have on him. Thanks. Eleanor Audrey E. 3. Eleanor, As I've followed the PENNINGTON families in Southside VA, it appears to me that they were in Brunswick Co, VA, the county that later broke into the other Southside counties; Lunenburg-Mecklenburg-Patrick-Henry, etc. I do have early Isaacs from Brunswick on. See Henry PENNINGTON in Mecklenburg. This is the way the counties followed each other. Brunswick>Lunenburg>Mecklenburg>Halifax>Pittsylvania>Henry>Patrick. A lot of the time the people didn't move, but the county did. All of this to say that your Isaac PENNINGTON probably belongs to an earlier one from Brunswick. Isaac was nicknamed "Sack" and could be missed by someone who isn't familiar with the nicknames. Please know I realize you may already know these things, but just in case... Who did your Isaac and Henry marry? That would help to find the exact one.
