In the Daily Journal for MondayNovember 26, 2001 section A page 5 the following obiturary appeared. I only got to looking at the paper today, just a wee bit late. INDIANAPOLIS, IN. Wilma J. (Pennington) Hestand Wilma J (Pennington) Hestand, 61, died Saturday, Nov. 24, 2001 at Community Hospital East in Indianapolis. She was a resident of Indianapolis. She was born April 29, 1940, in Clairfield, Tenn. Her parents were Charles and Hazel (King) Pennington. Survivors include two daughters, Frankie Crafton and Kathy Baten, both of Indianapolis: four brothers, Edward, William "Lloyd," Ralph and Floyd Pennington, all of Indianapolis; six grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. She was employed for 32 years by Colors Inc. as a packaging inspector. A service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Wilson St. Pierre Funeral Service & Crematory, Greenwood Chapel. Friends may call from 5 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens in White River Township. Artilla Williams P.S. I do not know what line or anything about her, I just saw this obit in the Journal today. While updating myself on the past weeks papers. I know where the Cemetery is and they are a really good group to work with. My late husband is buried there also.
