Not only is it useful and eliminates frustration, it's totally free. It quickly downloads and I know you'll like it...........Lois For those who don't know what the heck "The Cleaner" is, it's a freeware e-mail reformatting program. It gets rid of all those annoying carets (>>>) on forwarded e-mail and turns it into something more readable. To make things even better, I've taken the program and it's associated "Read Me" file and wrapped it up in a better setup program. Now when you download, you'll get an install program rather than a zip file. Once you download the setup program, just double-click it and follow the prompts. It will even add a desktop icon for you.
