Hi Groupies, I know it has been awhile since hearing from me and I apologize. I thought that you should be aware of a problem I encountered. So you will know what can happen. I have brought many books from Willow Book Company. Their service is great as well as the selection. I received mail from them regarding some books I was interested in. The mail, when it was opened was blank. I could not delete and further more it locked up my computer forever, nor could I receive or send mail. I could not go to start to close it down the computer nor get into my files at all. The only thing I was able to do was go on line. So after about a week of thinking. I did not have the 5.5 version of Outlook Express, I went to the site, downloaded the new version and Lord and Behold - it moved that message (off of the first to open line) and I was able to receive back messages. If I have any LUCK- it seems to be BAD. The day before this happened, I purchased a Zip Drive to take care of the large family files I have. Well, needless to say, My same LUCK, it was defective and was sent back to the manufacturer. I have yet to hear from them and it has been over two weeks. Soooo, I have many messages from a number of you that I need to get back on. My large files are making me panic and it has not been a nice few weeks. I thought I would share this with you so you are aware that a legitimate message can lock up your computer and the only other way I know of getting rid of it is-- to save your files and reinstall the software.
