I am seeking information about Ella May PENNINGTON, b. July 1861 in New York state. She married Chapin Southwood FLEET about 1884 and died sometime after 1931. According to the 1900 census, her father was born in New Jersey and her mother in New York. Chapin FLEET was a prosperous broker, born in Virginia. They lived in Kings County, NY (Bayridge, Brooklyn) as well as Jackson Heights (Queens) during their marriage. The family attended Elmhurst Baptist Church in Elmhurst, Queens, NY at least during the late1920s and early 1930s. They had four children: Grace P., Chapin, Jr., Helen Mildred and Pennington.
