They don't have all the census put on CDs yet, but they are working on it. On some of them, the resolution is not as good as what I would like, but they are all useable. I too would like to find some place that sells them, and feel that there may be several others on these lists that would be in the same category. I vaguely remember an address for such wares, but do not remember where it was. Seems that Doug Moore had something posted on microfilm, but we are looking for CDs, of the original census, not alphabeticized. If anyone knows of such an address, please let us know. Thanks, Tom

Hello folks, My maiden name was PENNINGTON and I am new to this list. I have very few facts, but have been told that my grandfather, JOHN PENNINGTON, sailed from England about 1875 to visit his uncle who lived in Louisiana. His uncle wanted him to make his home with him, and in return he would leave him all his land and money. John had a young lady back home so didn't stay in the US.
