Am the 'new kid on the block' in regards PENNA-DUTCH mailing list. Roots are in Schuylkill and Berks Counties but now living in Westmoreland County. Have been working on family genealogy and history for a number of years and would appreciate corresponding with anyone with Heffner/Haffner/Hefner/Heavener/ etc. background. Supposedly my forebears arrived Aug 28, 1733 aboard the ship 'Hope' at the port of Philadelphia.
