Tim, My family is from Canada and came from the Pennsylvania area as United Empire Loyalists. They were of German descent. I grew up saying a table grace in unison although it changed several times as we got older. The last one we said before I married and left home was: Oh Lord bless this food to our use and make us truly thankful. I have continued a unison table grace throughout the raising of my family.
