Where does one begin to search for information on births in the 1790's. probably in Chester Co, possibly Lancaster or Montgomery? I am searching for any information I can find on my ggrandfather, Isaac Mintz, who we believe was born in Pottstown in 1794. Thank you for any help you can offer. June
