    3. When you enter the menu, scroll down to the 'site search' box. Key in the surname you are looking for in the box and see what you find! This site has not only obituaries, but also newspaper clippings in a separate file for such items as reunions, anniverseries, weddings, etc. The 'site search' will check both files. If you want to just brouse the obituary part, you can select that file from the main screen where is says 'click here' in the explanation of obituaries. When that screen comes up, it will display the most recent additions to the file since your last visit. You can choose 'set preferences' in the box near the top of the screen to have it display names in chronological, alphabetic, or other criteria order and within a specified time period added. This is not the 'death date' for any person - it is the date when input was done to add the obit to the file. If you find a name you want to see the info for, just hilight the name and press your 'return/enter' key. I hope this helps in understanding how this site works! http://www.pa-roots.com/eastpa/ Good luck!
